Electrics

Although the buggy came with all the lights and guages the wiring harness was pretty much stuffed. So I am going to make my own from scratch. The buggy will be 12V and all the accesories and electrice will be run on 2.5mm coper wire with the lights running 6mm coper with seperate relays. I have made a list of all the accesories below.

When making a wiring harnesses it is a good idea to include evrything that you may ever want to start with. This stops your harness ending up with heaps of add ons at a later stage and the hole thing turning into a mess.

After a quick trip to the boat shop I now have all the water proof switches and fuses needed to do the rewire. I have decided to buy good stuff up front so corrosion is not a problem down the track.
