CUSTOM TRAILER

This is existing boxes which we are going to build around to use 4 of them. I have labelled the sides with letters and will use them to explain measurements. I did this cause it needs to line up and they measured up at weird sizes so I thought you would have a more accurate idea.

Approx measurements:

A - 814mm
B- 150mm
C- DM
D - 550 mm
E - 390mm
F - 390mm
G - 264mm

The main box will be 900mm wide, this is the distance between the wheels. The boxes will then sit outside of this. The front and rear side boxes ( as supplied) will be spaced by 500mm between them. I would like to add a small top mounted centre box here. The measurements supplied for it are the closed dimensions. This will mean when it is closed the top of guards and box is straight.
Here is the overall idea. The centre section is 650mm high. This is 260mm on top of distance E. The centre box is 1439mm long, this is working on A + 500mm + G. So all up the centre box is 1439 long x 650 high x 900 wide.
This is the front box, it sits in between the  two wheel arch side boxes. The measurements are taken from the supplied boxes.
This box fills the space between the two side boxes. It has the height of approx 150 mm closed. This is measurement B of the supplied boxes

Is this making any sense ? I can do some more drawings if need be. If you like send me the DXF's with measurements and I will replace all my confusing measurements with real numbers.

Let me know what you think, it all seems to make sense to me but then again it is now in my head.
